To stay energized, Amber and I have taken to doing pushups on the CFH set between our segments, 4 shows a day = 80 pushups!

Check out the free beta version of Microsoft’s new Anti-Spyware program. Despite its lack of cookies support, it’s pretty darn good. The company bought and adapted an anti spyware product from Giant and plans to release it in the summer of 2005.
